Basket Hounds have won Road to BAL 2024 opener. They overcame Malawi's Bravehearts 72-62 at the City Sports Complex. The Hounds were down by 45-48 going into the fourth, where they regained the initiative with crucial buckets from Innocent Zhomwa (194-F-1999). He top-scored for the winners with 28 points and Kamani Morris (196-F-1997, college: Cedar Valley) netted 15. Harrison Banda (1997) replied with 13 points and 8 rebounds in the losing effort.
